Reception is located in the center of the village next to the Teez café. It is open 9 am till 4.30pm September - April. If you’re going to be arriving late or need to leave early, please let reception know when booking.

All our advertised rates are in Australian dollars and include all local taxes.

Check in

Check in is any time after 3 pm and check out is 10 am. If you are arriving after 4.30pm, not to worry. Check in after hours is available at the Highlander restaurant.  No check in is permitted after 10pm without prior arrangement, in order to avoid disturbing other guests.

Payment and cancellation

A 100% deposit is required on booking. A credit card is required to be shown on check in and the balance of payment is due on arrival.
We are a small property dependent on full occupancy. Our isolation means cancelled bookings often result in empty rooms. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 75% of one nights accommodation. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of one night’s accommodation. All cancellations of pre booked tours incur a cancellation fee of 100% .  We recommend that guests protect themselves with travel insurance.
