Reservations are open 8am till  4 every day. You are welcome call us on (03) 6289 0111 to make a booking or enquire about the property. Please note that if you call out of hours, our night team are not able to assist with availability or pricing, but can take a message for our reservations team to call you back.
Alternatively , send us an email and we can look into any query or booking matter you might have and can get directly back to you by email. If you leave a phone number we can  you directly. The best way of booking is go directly to the booking button (see button below)!

Reception is located in the center of the village next to the Teez café. It is open 8 am till 4.00pm September - April. If you’re going to be arriving late or need to leave early, please let reception know when booking.

All our advertised rates are in Australian dollars and include all local taxes.

Check in

Check in is any time after 3 pm and check out is 10 am. If you are arriving after 4.30pm, not to worry. Check in after hours is available at the Highlander restaurant (when open) or your welcome envelope can be found in the wooden key box at the front door of Reception (when Highlander not open).  No check in is permitted after 10pm without prior arrangement, in order to avoid disturbing other guests.

Payment and cancellation

A 100% deposit is required on booking. A credit card is required to be shown on check in and the balance of payment is due on arrival.
We are a small property dependent on full occupancy. Our isolation means cancelled bookings often result in empty rooms. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value. All cancellations of pre booked tours and activities incur a cancellation fee of 100% if advised in the final 72 hours .  We recommend that guests protect themselves with travel insurance.

All accommodation is non smoking

Smoke taint will incur a penalty cleaning charge of a minimum 2 night rate

ALL ACCOMMODATION IS PET FREE (NO PETS)

You may be asked to leave if you bring a pet into your accommodation room and/or pay an additional cleaning fee. This excludes dogs in your own caravan in the caravan park only. (no cats permitted at any time).
