The Highlander Arms is a Tasmanian pub with local beers, Tasmanian wines, good service and home cooked meals. There are five separate areas with plenty of character and a huge, covered, outdoor terrace for alfresco dining.

Fresh Guinness in the glass, local beers on tap and a range of Tasmanian wines and a dozen unusual single malts to mull over.

A favourite - with warm crusty bread and fresh herb butter – if the ingredients are not fresh the Chef gets cranky.

Delicately flavoured on a bed of Jasmine rice with decorative greens.

Chilli but not too hot on a Jasmine rice and corn bed.
