As with most things, there is a tremendous difference between looking and seeing – hire a guide and you get to understand it as well.

Guests can choose to explore the Tasmanian wilderness at its finest, in the safe, reliable company of a guide from the nearby ‘Adventure Tarraleah’. They will often encounter platypus, echidna and lyrebird while walking on hidden trails or kayaking on secret lakes.

We can tailor half or full day tours to suit most interests including pioneering history, life in the Highlands, wild flowers, wildlife and birding. Full and half day tours include visits to places seldom seen or permitted access to, and can be specifically tailored to most interests. All day tours include lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
